About Me

Professionally I'm a graduate of both a 250 hr program from the Sebastopol Massage Center in 2014, and a 800 hr program from the National Holistic institute in 2022, which was a much more comprehensive & thorough education of physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and overall knowledge of how the body works and can heal itself. I'd love to delve into the softer but more specialized styles of massage (acupressure, reiki, craniosacral), but currently specialize in deep tissue, with a strong sense of sports massage and a love for percussion

Personally I'm an introvert, Netflix binger, avid gardener, hiker, and goofy, enthusiastic dancer : P

I realize that most if not all therapists say this, but I truly enjoy my work and am here to help. I would do everything in my power within reason to assist in your healing, wellness, and joy in life : )
